Costume Dress

EUC. Worn once as a costume (angry bird). I wore it with fishnets as it’s a little short (23 inches from start of halter tie to bottom of ruffles). Corset style boning with hook and eye closures along the front. Zipper trim on bottom ruffles which are sewn to the skirt. Smoke free home. I’m a TTS medium, and this fits just a little loose on the waist.
