Costume Mexican Fiesta Dress and Headband Size Large

Fun and flirty with lots of roses, ribbons, lace and ball fringe. Black fabric is stretchy knit and rose print fabric is knit. Black lace capelet attached to back. Dropped waist. High-low hemline. Headband is roses. Size has been torn off label but a size 8 Med friend tried it on and we determined it is a large. Pit to pit measurement laid flat is 20". Can also be used for Halloween, flamenco, Cinco de Mayo, Frida Kahlo and Carmen.
