Costume National Velvet and Wool Houndstooth Skirt

I am crazy about this skirt! It’s a substantial skirt that is made of white wool and velvet houndstooth. Can be worn as a more casual look, if you pair it with heavy black tights, black knee high boots and a fitted white turtleneck. Alternatively, worn with super high, stewpot heels and a slightly cropped silk tank, to show off the detail at the top of the skirt. I love this skirt!!! It’s not a high waist, it should sit right at the belly button.
