Costume jewelry necklace

Statement necklace that looks substantial but is light as a feather. Multi strand multi color. It's a fabric necklace--I think it's silk but am not 100% sure. Secure clasp. Looks good on open scoop neck or turtleneck.This is a very delicate piece; needs to be handled gingerly.
