that's correct. double the size when measurements are taken lying flat, as I do.

The length of the sleeve, from the shoulder to the tip of the fringe is 18". The circumference of the opening of the sleeve is 15". I hope that answers your questions. I've recently dropped the price off this item.

It’s the circumference of upper part of sleeve I need. If it’s 15” then it’s too tight for me. I like really loose!
