Cotton Army Green Dress

NWOT Super cute dress never worn. Slight gathering at the waist with off-center lace-up skirt. I am not sure of the brand, because I cut the tag out, it was scratchy. It has banded cuffs at the sleeve and a banded hem. It measures 37 in from shoulder to the hem and 26 in pit to pit. Perfect condition never worn just tried on. Heavier cotton quality material, not real thin.
