Cotton Blue dress with Eyelet smocking-NWOT

This Navy shift style dress which hits the top of the knee on a 5'4" figure, it so comfy and wrinkle free being almost a sweatshirt like soft cotton material. Great for travel. It's a real basic with a pretty eyelet neckline, button closure on back. Not worn from a smoke and pet free home.
