Really cute mini dress with puff sleeves. Can be worn off the shoulder. Mid section cut out with ruffle in the front. Hidden zipper. Fully lined. ** please note I cut the lining on one side Bc it was too tight for my thighs 😅 but it’s completely unnoticeable on. Lining is still intact on other side. Worn only once
