Cotton Candy Feet Magical Lovely Bow Flats

Originally bought for $75 from a Brazilian brand called Cotton Candy Feet. the frills on the back of one of the shoes are torn a little (see photo). And one of the bars on the buckles is backwards for some reason, making it difficult to make that particular shoe stay on. I'm sure it's fixable (because it wasn't like that before) but I can't afford to bring it to a shoe repair store. Another defect pictured is a small tear in the leather in one of the shoes (this doesn't seem to affect the interior though). Size is 9 womens
