Cotton Candy 🍭Floral Romper 🌸

Beautifully detailed floral romper. High neckline, sleeves has slits all the way down but wrist does button up. There is elastic around the waist. The back ties, you can hide the tie like I did or make into a pretty bow. Shows off peek-a-boo back. Black in color but floral design is light pink and white with a lovely green that has a blueish base to the green. Would look amazing for fall/winter with a pair of black tights and booties! Never worn, but no tags attached.
