Cotton Citizen Ibiza Tank Dress - Oatmeal

EUC! If you know Cotton Citizen, you know the clothes are very durable and stay feeling brand new! Only one a few times, in excellent condition with no flaws. Feels brand new. Size on tag is XS but this can easily fit a S or even M- it’s very stretchy. I’m normally a 4 or 6 in dresses and this fits well.
