Cotton Dress with Embroidered Flowers & Lace Trim

Selling this for a friend and there is no size tag but the measurements are 17 inches across the front from armpit seam to armpit seam, 16 inches across the back. 27-ish waist. Length is 38 inches from the back neckline to hem. Side zip as pictured to help get it on. I can take more measurements if desired but I have listed this as a small just in case. This appears to be a cotton dress with really cool variegated thread embroidery and pink lacy trim. Brand label is Tree.
