deadxwest @morganjeanf hi my dear, thank you for your interest! the answer to that question would depend on your measurements, body composition and how you want them to fit; they definitely have some stretch. I am in between m & l sizes with a 31.5” waist and 41” hip and they fit me fine. here’s a link to their size chart https://wearharmonicthreads.com/sizing/; medium is 30-31” waist and 39-40” hip. hopefully that helps you decide
