Cotton, Handmade Shift Tunic with Adjustable Tie

This is a beautiful, one of a kind, floral. A-line top 100% handmade by yours truly. Each side has slits, and it has a waist tie that can help adjust the size (smaller in the waist if needed). The sleeves end with a scallop flare. This can be worn with tights or opaque stockings. This top is not lined and is considered small.
