Homemade mini skirt Elastic waistband fits waist 22" to 32" Comfortably. 100% Cotton beautiful material, Floral pattern, Navy, with blue carnations. Has a ruffle which makes the skirt stand out so much nicer. Material was washed in hot water, so there will be no shrinking. Material was also made in the U.S.A. by Cranston printing co, for V.I.P.
