Cotton Navy Blue kids L “holiday skirt”

Purchased this navy blue Ralph lauren polo skirt in the kids section at Nordstrom, it’s like a short tennis skirt. I was going to wear it during the holidays, but changed my mind at the last minute. It fits a woman’s size 4. It’s absolutely adorable! New w tags, never worn!
