Cotton Navy and White Polka Dot Blouse!

This is such a cute top in great used condition! It’s a super soft cotton and is perfect for the spring and summer. It’s a size L, but I’m typically a S/M and it still has a great lose fit. It has a small whole on the back left shoulder (pictured) but is barely noticeable on!
