Cotton Tie Back Dress

I'm obsessed with this dress! I bought it used and unfortunatly it didn't fit me. It fits like a size small. Let me know if you'd like measurements. It is made of cotton and has an adorable tie in the back which makes it very flattering. This one is black/grey and I have another one listed that is more of a blueish color.
