Cotton fringe top

Edgy cotton top with cotton fringe for sleeves. This short was purchased at an artsy shop in San Antonio. The tag says Derek heart, but I think it was upcycled and the fringe added because I’ve not been able to find this shirt listed anywhere online. Never worn, brand new.
