Cotton off the shoulder mega-flounce minidress

H&M black thick cotton mini-dress. Has a large flounce with elastic at top hem and so can be worn off the shoulder easily. Has pockets and a loose, a-line body. It’s comfy and good for a day on/off the the beach! I wore as s cover-up, but it’s not too short and not sheer so could definitely be worn as a normal dress. Cute cute cute!
