Cotton plaid tie-back tank

Very cute tank with great bright colors. Bought from another posher with all tags removed. Fits like a 3X/22-24. Adjustable straps and long. One small red mark - looks like sharpie - on the inside of the back where the tag would be. Doesn't show, and doesn't affect this cute top at all!
