Both skirt and its lining are 100% cotton (nit stretches) Skirt designed as some kinda plated on top/waist and smooth/plain on bottom. There are fine multiple vertical seams to make effect of pleated top part of skirt (see photos) Preowned. In very good condition 7-inch zipper on back. 32 inches waist, flared, skirt length is 24 inches.
