kirsten1968 @60plus I'll see when I get home. Out of town for weekend. As I recall though it is NOT an elastic waste. I believe it zips up the side

kirsten1968 @60plus So sorry to not confirm. Having surgery today and lots of stuff happened in between, so forgot about your post. My sincere apology. This does not have an elastic waist and is still available. I will be in hospital for a number of days and unable to mail this out. I'm putting my closet on vacation (just learned about that) until I'm able to tend to it. Could be up to 2 weeks but hopefully not.again, my profuse apology.💗
