liroeisen Good morning. This blouse is made with a beautiful, medium- thick cotton fabric that has some elastic give to it. The seaming work in it is the reason I liked it. The measurements are as exact as I could get keeping in mind that the fabric has some give. The sleeves are meant to be long over the hands with a multi button cuff. shoulder to shoulder 25”, pit to pit 17”, length neck to hem 21.5”, waist 30”, shoulder to cuff 24”. I hope this helps…
