Cotton/spandex pants with large cuff size 16

Front waistband 19.5” Inseam 23” with wide cuff Large 2” belt loops Love the color. Looks gently loved. Waist hooks and button look unworn No pulling Cotton spandex Not sure how true to size I.e. runs. I feel they run mor size 14. I am 5’8” and a 10-12 they were too big to keep so you be the judge.
