Designed in Canada by Cougar, this boot features genuine waterproof leather & nylon construction with faux fur collar, a waterproof design that is temperature rated to -30C/-22F, and a lace-up construction. These boots feature 100% genuine waterproof rubber pac-shell to keep feet extra warm and dry as well as polar-plush lining, anti-slip outsole and memory molded removable insoles for comfort. The shaft height meausres 8" from arch and heel measures 1". Good condition. No flaws
