Country Romance Vintage Dress

Country Romance Vintage Dress size woman’s small, this is a piece I got secondhand but just has fallen out of style for me. It would make perfect for a sewing project to change up. It gives off cottage core vibes, AND it has pockets + shoulder pads! The only blemish with this dress is a stain/discoloration on the side(see photo). Its not painfully obvious, but I am sure there is a way to fix it. There are no missing buttons, no tears or rips. Its overall an adorable dress.
