Purchased at Marshall Fields’s high end Country Shop on 6th Floor in Chicago in the late 1980s. Preppy, luxury, refined suit in Ralph Lauren style. Think Kate Middleton and English country. EUC, can’t see any flaws. Been a dark closet for a long time since it no longer is my size. Made in Great Britain. Rare rare rare. Fashion museum quality, perhaps for Marshall Field’s or department store collector or Chicago fashion history exhibit. The Country Shop was the life work of buyer Beverly Miller. For the Country Shop, Miller built a business whose base was Ralph Lauren.
