Preowned/Preloved Condition- used good condition, excellent quality skirt well made of imported fabric, made in the USA. I love the construction of this skirt. It is vintage with a Union Made Label. The construction is good. Wool skirt, fully lined, dry clean only. The hem has a hem tape you don't see that very often. The back pleat is a folded inverted pleat, see photo, you don't see that very often. The back waist has a flat waist but there is elastic on both sides of the waist for a little extra comfort and stretch, I don't see this in newer skirts. There are 2 pockets. The colors are black, gold, red/rusty oxblood and green, very autumnal. This may be labeled an 18 but I don't think so based on measurements. The waist is 16 inches (32 total) Hip 40 inches Length is 29 inches long. I think this would be a woman Medium to Large, size 10 to 12. Please measure your own skirt for comparison.
