Couture Princess Off-white and Navy Dress w/ Cardigan- 2T

This dress is NWOT. It was washed once but never worn. The color of the dress is somewhat off-white (ish) and has navy blue embroidery. The dress has multiple layers, which include tulle, to make the bottom half of the dress very full. The navy blue cardigan closes with a small hook in the front.
