Cleaned and in great condition. Designer is a private collection called Couturna Trelle. Measurements are:

Waist: 23.5
Hips: 36.5
Height: 5'9"
The color from the tag is ivory/light blush, but if you've shopped for dresses at all, you know that's fancy talk for "a half-shade off from white".
There was one small tear in the tulle that was repaired and can only be seen if looked for.
