Coveri Italian Navy Blue Dress w/ Pink Trim

This dress was bought while I was traveling in Italy and was made with high quality materials. It shapes to your form and has stretch to the material. It is a beautiful Navy Blue and makes for a great cocktail dress. Honestly, I am sad to part ways with it but I have gained some weight so it feels a bit too snug. I have only wore it once, though it might be vintage. I am having a hard time finding out much about Coveri Factory. It's in fantastic condition as if it hasn't been worn at all so I really do not know if any wear and tear has been put on it. No seem is out of place, no loose threads, no stains, the material feels like it has never been washed (though I did have it sent to the cleaners after the wedding but that was only the one time). It's about 36" in length and 13" at the waist. I was a size 2 when this fit well and now I am a size 4. For reference when it fit well I was about 5'4" and 107/110 lbs. It says it's a size 42 but I do not know what that means. Let me know if you have any questions! I feel like it could fit someone that's a size 0 or size 2.
