ellagogal @fzap Across the back, measurement sleeve seam to sleeve seam is 17" at level of lower shoulder blades. Shoulder seams are 4" and back neck is about 11" so about 19" from top of sleeve to top of sleeve at shoulder seam. I hope this will work for you.

fzap @ellagogal are the ruffles on the sleeve or on sides of front ? Hard to tell from the picture. thanks

ellagogal @fzap Sleeves are like angel wings without ruffles. The sleeves go straight from the shoulder bone and are quite full. Fronts of topper are straight without ruffles & much wider at bottom so front edges hang longer than sides as in the pictures.
