Cover-up mini dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tia2552. Loved it, but I apparently and not cupshe’s idea of an XL. This seems small to me. Could be that I am an Apple shape and this needs a pear that is ok with it fitting like a large. Questions? Leave a comment below!
