Cowgirl Western Inspired Circle Skirt

A vintage style circle skirt made by a brand that specializes in Western wear. Reaches well past my knees and perfectly fit my waist from 26-27" for a high-waisted fit. It's a black skirt but looks more like a dark grey up close, most likely due to age and/or being washed by the previous owner. Slight rip on one of the front tassels, but isn't noticeable.
