Cowl Neck Top/Dress

This piece has wonderful details, the quality chain as the straps. Adorable cowl neck. Could be worn as a tunic, tucked in top, or possibly a dress. I am 5 foot, and usually wear a small or medium and it is long enough to be a dress on me, but if you’re taller it may be too short. The size is XL! Great quality. Feel free to make an offer!
