This is a very pretty, romper looking, but not a romper, lined dress. It has a tank top inside and outside neck line drapes like a cowl neck, open air off should sleeves, with a nice strap on the shoulders. Silvery, metallic type of look, new with tags, size small but runs on the larger side.
