Cowl neck top

Super cute paisley and stripped cowl neck, belted top. One of the belt loops has come undone, but you can sew it or remove it and the other one completely. The stretchy and adjustable belt comes with the top. It is a linger top. Sits about lower hip. Thinner material, so wearing a white cam in underneath is suggested. Says it is an extra large but fits more like a large. Worn twice.
