Cowl-neck Chiffon Evening Gown

This gorgeous charcoal grey dress is flattering on every body type. The cowl neck accentuates the bust, and the empire waist gives a great shape to every figure. The tie in back is a nice detail, as well as layered ruffle down the front. I wore this dress once in a wedding and am unable to wear again!
