sysusa Hi, I'm looking for a short African chain for my bf. He spent a lot of time in Senegal but all his things burned in a house fire. Anyways, I know you are not from Senegal but might be able to help me with a chain or two. This choker here might be too short. His neck is pretty big. joopiecharmz Good morning @sysusa ! Thanks kindly for your like and interest. I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriends travesties and the loss of his belongings. I'm sure he enjoyed his time in Senegal, there's some good people there (hopefully he left w/ life long friends, that want nothing in return but true friendship). And yes I believe you're correct, this necklace will probably be too small for him, as it can be worn collar style on women and smaller/medium framed men. My pops is down in the Niger Delta area visiting my grandparents, I'll see if he can pick me up necklaces suited for a male. In the meantime I'll check and see what I have that may peak your interest. I can get some stuff from Senegal (if you prefer) but it won't be right away (possibly a few weeks). What type of necklace did he have? Was it beaded? Let me know and I'll do my best to assist you in getting something that he'll treasure. It's very thoughtful of you to think of getting him this type of gift (that has significance to him), lucky lad he is lol. Take care!
