Cozy Collection U.S.A. adorable size 3X red blouse with white polka dots, excellent condition. This top is as close to new as you will find. It has 3/4 sleeves, a round neckline, and a cute layers at the bottom 12 inches or so. It is stretchy and silky, super comfortable, wonderful for the workplace or a special occasion.
