Cozy is an emotion. This baby/toddler adjustable neck warmer helps young children experience the bliss of coziness from the start! Each of my cozy fleece items are truly made with love. I started making cozy fleece items for my kids when they were younger. They have loved being able to pick out their own fabrics and styles. They also tell me that they love the coziness of the fleece. As my children grew older, I continued sewing hats and neck warmers to donate to local nonprofits who work with new and expectant mothers. I wanted all babies and toddlers to feel the same feeling of love that is experienced by being cozy and wearing handmade items. Inner diameter is 14 inches; length is 19 inches.
