jessicaclark @jessicaxoxo19 these boots are sorta flat but have a comfortable bottom to them. And they are extremely cozy. The lowest I will go is $25 If these do not work I always have heeled boots that will make you 5'4.

jessicaclark I got these from a expensive boutique in Clackamas, I can't recall the brand. But I can guarantee they are in excellent shape and are extremely comfy.
