closet_bargains @juliemcdanie741 its Incredibly stretchy! and also has a drew sting to make it tighter so it fits a true to size medium but also will fit perfectly for slightly bigger and slightly smaller. with incredibly flexable sizing. it fits very well for sizes 4-8. but i can not tell you exact measurement until later today. but the measurement changes depending on how stretchy or draw stringed in it is since it can fit so many sizes very well.
