Cozy blue sweater dress

This long sleeve dress from Target is a soft and stretchy sweatshirt material (47% cotton, 33% rayon, 20% polyester). It has tiers of fabric near the bottom that provide a nice draping fit. The fit is roomy enough to accommodate a shirt underneath, such as a turtleneck or collared shirt fo added style or warmth. There is a very small brown stain on the front (pictured) that is two individual brown dots.
