Cozy ikat patterned dress

This is a warm and comfortable dress! It’s not quite a sweater dress but has the warmth of one. Elbow-length buttoned sleeves and slight V neck. Soft, warm fabric. Removable belt. White, grey, and red ikat pattern on navy. The belt loops are not attached at one end and I’m not sure why as this is new. This is shown in one of the photos. 20.5in PTP 18.5in waist 33in length
