Crazy Maxi Dress

Strapless maxi dress I purchased because it was the perfect length for me! I am 5'0" and it hits perfectly at my toes. Unfortunately I never got to wear it anywhere and don't plan on wearing it any time soon. The material is not itchy but it is stretchy and has a stretchy waist band that isn't at your waist. It goes below my boobs. And the elastic at the top of the dress isn't too snug and it isn't too loose.
