Does this fit a person who wears size 12 in jeans?

@lllosoya I took some measurements so that you can determine if you will like the fit. The waist laying flat is just shy of 15”. The waist does have elastic and a tie as well. From the waistband down to the hem of the bottom of the romper is 12 1/2 inches and underarm to underarm is 19 1/4 inches. I attempted to find a size guide from Crazy Train but was unable to find it. This is the last romper I have in stock and do not remember the size guide.
