prestigiousposh @cathybrinley Poshmark pre-populates the addresses on their shipping labels so I can’t change the address on the label myself. You will either have to change it on your account until this is shipped or contact Posh for me to do it. my side. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

prestigiousposh @cathybrinley It is still saying Kentucky. I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe it’s because you purchased them before you changed the address so it’s already generated a label under the old address?? 🤷‍♀️ I have never had this problem before. I wonder if you just canceled the order. Then, re-purchased them with the new address on your account it would work.
