Cream Embroidered Floral Tie-Neck Strapless Dress

Bought at a cute boutique on Long Island. Worn once to a party five years ago...have not worn it since. Time to clean out the closet!! Creme cotton base with burnt umber floral embroidery - Size Small, fitted shape There is some gathering of the creme fabric around the embroidery (see photo 4). This is not due to shrinking or pulling of thread. Strapless with halter tie around neck. Boning on side of dress. Top can be adjusted by gathering more/less (see photo). Bodice approx. 10" tall Creme lining (see photo) Zip back with hook/eye closure Hits me below knee (I'm 5'7")...so tea length? (Approx. 38" from top to hem) 15" across at waist, 14.5" from armpit/armpit Stain free. Comes from a smoke free home.
